Photography
We shoot your space the way it deserves to be seen — interiors, exteriors, detail shots, and when the timing allows, that golden-hour exterior that makes guests start mentally unpacking. Every session includes professional editing and a gallery of polished, listing-ready images delivered within 3–5 business days via Google Drive.
Hosts with professional photos can earn up to 20% more than others in their area, and photos are among the top three reasons guests choose to book. Your photos are doing sales work every single day your listing is live.
Pricing — within 5 miles of Basin Spring Park
Up to 999 sq ft — $250 — Minimum 10, up to 15 images
1,000–1,500 sq ft — $375 — Minimum 15, up to 20 images
1,500–2,000 sq ft — $600 — Minimum 20, up to 30 images
2,000–3,000 sq ft — $800+ — Minimum 25, up to 35 images

Prices are estimates and may vary based on square footage, number of rooms, amenities, floor levels, and additional project requirements. Travel upcharge applies outside the 5-mile radius.

The shots that stop the scroll. Twilight sessions are exterior-only and scheduled as a separate session timed around sunset — capturing your property lit from outside, windows glowing, landscape in that blue-hour light that makes guests start planning their trip before they've finished looking at your listing.

Add-on to any photography package — $125
Standalone booking (includes $75 trip fee) — $200
One free reschedule for weather with 2+ hours notice. Client-initiated reschedules under 24 hours: $50 rebooking fee. Outdoor sessions are weather-dependent — we'll work with whatever the Ozarks give us.
Video
A stabilized walkthrough of your property — edited, fast-paced, and polished. We move through your space and cut it together so it feels dynamic and engaging, not like a slow pan across every corner. The result is a listing-ready video that gives potential guests a real sense of what they're booking.
Video is delivered in the orientation agreed upon at intake — landscape (1920x1080) for listing platforms and YouTube, or vertical (1080x1920) for social media. Music is not included — platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube have their own music libraries, and you'll have more control selecting your own track at upload. We're happy to help with that process if needed.

Included hours cover shoot and editing time. Additional time due to client-side factors billed at $125/hr. Time lost to equipment issues or weather on our end is never billed to you. Rush delivery available — 30% of package rate, minimum $50, prioritized production with estimated delivery discussed at time of request.
Video Add-Ons
Format flip (landscape ↔ vertical) — $125 flat
On-screen title, intro, or outro — $50/screen (select from templates at intake)
AI voiceover — script writing (first draft + one revision) — $125 flat
AI voiceover — production — $125/hr, estimated 1 hour

Feature Cuts
Have a pool, patio, or primary suite worth its own spotlight? Feature cuts are short edited clips pulled from your existing footage — no additional shoot required.
30–60 seconds — $125 per cut
60–90 seconds — $175 per cut
Bundle — 3 cuts, each up to 60 seconds — $325
You tell us what goes in each cut based on what's in the final video. Available for up to 6 months after your original shoot date. All footage is permanently deleted after 6 months.
Staging
Before the camera comes out, we work through your space using what you already have — rearranging, restyling, and making things look their best on camera. No renting furniture, no bringing in props. Just a trained eye and a genuine knack for making a room read beautifully.
Staging is available as a same-day add-on to any photography or video session, or as a standalone visit if you want your space ready for incoming guests.
A few things staging does not include: heavy furniture moves, cleaning, or bringing in anything not already on the property.

Each distinct functional zone counts as its own space — an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area counts as three spaces. Any single space over 400 sq ft counts as two spaces. Outdoor spaces: contact us. Room count confirmed at intake.

Seasonal Refresh
Eureka Springs looks different in every season — and your listing should too. Book a refresh shoot in summer or winter to capture your property at its spring or autumn best.
Full reshoot — returning clients receive 15% off their standard package rate.
Partial refresh session:
Up to 3 rooms/spaces — 50% of original image count — 60% of original package rate
4–6 rooms/spaces — 75% of original image count — 75% of original package rate

All bundle rates shown are for the 1,000–1,500 sq ft tier. Your actual rate is calculated based on your property size at intake. Bundle value-adds are included at no additional charge — no discounts applied, just more in the package.
Payment & Booking
How Payment Works
A 50% deposit is due within 3 days of booking to hold your date. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of your final files.
Accepted payment methods: ACH, PayPal, Venmo, check, or cash. We do not accept credit cards.
All prices are subject to 9.375% Arkansas sales tax.
Cancellation Policy
14+ days before shoot — full deposit refunded
7–13 days before shoot — deposit forfeited
2–6 days before shoot — deposit forfeited + $50 partial session fee
Within 48 hours — deposit forfeited + $100 cancellation fee
No-show, no contact — full session cost billed
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
File Delivery
Photos are delivered via Google Drive. Your link stays active for 6 months — we strongly recommend downloading your full folder as soon as you receive it. All footage and project files are permanently deleted from our systems 6 months after your shoot date.
