Nope — you don't need to be there. Just make sure we can access the property and that it's shoot-ready before we arrive. If you'd like to be present, you're absolutely welcome. Just let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

It depends on the size of your property and which services you've booked. A photography-only session for a smaller property typically takes 1.5–2 hours. Larger properties or sessions that include staging and video will take longer. We'll give you a realistic time estimate when we confirm your booking.

Shoot-day staging happens on the same day as your photo or video session — we stage each space right before it's photographed, working room by room as we go. A standalone staging visit is a separate trip where we style your property ahead of time, which is great if you want it looking its best for incoming guests rather than just for photos. Both are priced by square footage.

For interior photography, weather usually isn't a factor. For exterior and twilight sessions, we keep a close eye on conditions and will communicate with you as early as possible if we need to reschedule. Twilight sessions get one free reschedule for weather with at least 2 hours notice. We'll always work with whatever the Ozarks give us.

That depends on your property's square footage:
Up to 999 sq ft: minimum 10, up to 15 images
1,000–1,500 sq ft: minimum 15, up to 20 images
1,500–2,000 sq ft: minimum 20, up to 30 images
2,000–3,000 sq ft: minimum 25, up to 35 images
Every image is professionally edited before delivery.

Photos are delivered within 3–5 business days via a shared Google Drive folder. Video turnaround varies based on property size and scope — we'll give you an estimated delivery window at the time of booking. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

Yes — your photos are licensed for use in marketing your vacation rental property, including listing platforms like Airbnb and VRBO, your own website, and social media. The one thing you can't do is sell or sublicense the images to a third party. If you submit any of our work to a magazine or editorial publication, a photo credit is required.

Yes — if you have existing footage you'd like edited, send it our way. We work with any file format compatible with Adobe Premiere Pro. The editing-only service is billed at $125/hr with a 2-hour minimum. We deliver a finished product only — raw footage is not returned, and music is not included so you can select your own track when you upload to your platform of choice.

Yes — our standard pricing applies within 5 miles of Basin Spring Park. Properties outside that radius are welcome and a small travel upcharge applies based on mileage and location. Just reach out and we'll give you an exact quote.

Head to our Contact page and fill out the intake form. Tell us about your property, what services you're interested in, and your preferred shoot date. We'll get back to you within 48 hours with a quote and next steps. Your date is held once your deposit is received.

We accept ACH transfer, PayPal, Venmo, check, and cash. We do not accept credit cards. A 50% deposit is due within 3 days of booking to hold your date, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of your files.

14+ days before your shoot: full deposit refunded
7–13 days before: deposit forfeited
2–6 days before: deposit forfeited + $50 partial session fee
Within 48 hours: deposit forfeited + $100 cancellation fee
No-show, no contact: full session cost billed
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
